The staff were simply amazing!!! So friendly and welcoming on arrival. Alain, the concierge, was beyond helpful - no request was too much for him. Breakfasts were fantastic, so nice to eat alfresco too. The room was spacious with a lovely view, there was no noise from traffic or the outside world.

The staff was overall very friendly and helpfull. The bathroom was very nice; I like that they put tissues there + had both a bath and shower The room and terrace were overall very nice, clean and spatious They paid attention to my special request, and they exceeded my expectations with that Nice breakfast Very nice hotel; I like the style a lot

Hospitality, staff specially Concierge, Alan, Stefanie, and Patrick, they were really nice and understanding and a good help in many things. I also appreciate the help of Fatima who works in the breakfast-room, she was very nice. The room was big and comfortable, breakfast was good too.

Great staff, great rooms and great bed. Very comfortable. Cann I please be at the back next time as I hate light pollution.

The room was with 2 twin beds, its was spacious, the beds were amazing - high mattress, option to choose a pillow at the reception suitable to one's needs (there's a flyer in the room). Room was kept clean daily, all the necessary items were provided. Excellent bath hygiene products by Aqua di Parma. Brut sparkling wine at breakfast; breakfast itself was superb.

Beautiful hotel in a very central position. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was kind but not well organized with a few exception at the reception desk and car valet.

I like the location and that it had a jacuzzi and sauna but you will need to pay to access the spa even when they say it is free. It needed to be clear. Also hard to access concierge by phone. I tried to message through booking, unfortunately they said there was a problem. It is a very nice hotel, don't get me wrong.

The hotel was beautiful, loby is perfectly decorated for NYE, all facilities are good. Bathroom is big and spacious. Beds are comfortable.
